Safety management responsibilities must be carried out strictly in accordance with laws and regulations. This includes understanding, knowing and complying with the law and ensuring that the nuclear site complies with the licensing documents.

Strengthening human factors management is essential. It involves fostering a culture and behaviors among employees that prioritize compliance with rules and regulations.

Equipment maintenance has a direct impact on safety. Efforts should be made to continuously improve the level of intrinsic safety.

Effective monitoring of safety performance is essential to ensure robust execution of the primary responsibility for nuclear safety.

A comprehensive strengthening of the surveillance capacity is necessary. This includes improving standards and norms, instrumentation, personnel skills, record management and data analysis to ensure accurate measurements and clarity.
