At 9 a.m. on September 25, under the witness of representatives from all units of the Fangchenggang Phase II Production Engineering Team of the South China Nuclear and Radiation Safety Supervision Station, the shift supervisor formally issued the test ticket to the person in charge of the test. This marks the official start of the thermal functional test of Unit 4 of the CGN Guangxi Fangchengang Nuclear Power Plant. The hot functional test is a comprehensive inspection of the performance of the unit before loading fuel assembles. Unit 4 of Fangchenggang NPP, as the second unit under the construction of CGN’s “Hualong One” demonstration project, is of great significance to the mass construction of CGN’s “Hualong One”.
