From May 29 to June 1, 2023, the Nuclear Power Operation Branch of the CNEA carried out operation decision-making member support activities for the State Nuclear Demonstration Power Plant Co., Ltd. This activity is the expert support type specified in the working procedure for running the branch member support activities in the forms of expert lectures and group discussions. The experts who supported the activities communicated with the operators of the State Nuclear Demonstration, shared expert knowledge and the mature good practices of other members' operational decision-making management, and discussed the problems existing in the operational decision-making of the State Nuclear Demonstration at the current stage. Through comprehensive and in-depth communication on the main topics, the expert team and the power plant personnel jointly summarized 13 learning points, and put forward 17 targeted improvement action suggestions and 2 reference action suggestions.
