May 10, 2023 is the seventh "Chinese Brand Day". On the day, the 2023 China Brand Day event with the theme of "Chinese brand, shared by the world; new brand power, quality new life" opened at the Shanghai World Expo Exhibition Hall.

The CNNC brought its own brands such as "Hualong No. 1" and "Linglong No. 1" to the China In self owned Brand Expo. During the exhibition, the CNNC displayed its achievements in nuclear power, nuclear technology applications, and renewable energy to demonstrate its efforts to promote economic and social development, drive independent innovation in science and technology, and serve the people's livelihood.

The China General Nuclear Power Group participated in the China Brand Expo for the first time, and together with 37 other central enterprises shew the new potential of Chinese brands to the world. With the theme of "Focusing on the Development of Clean Energy to create a World-class Brand", the CGN's booth fully demonstrate its branding road . The CGN's "Harmony" series of the self developed nuclear power digital instrumentation and control systems as displayed as a representative innovative product are outstanding among many brand exhibitions

The State Power Investment Corporation brought the "Guohe No. 1" brand to the "China Brand Day" event, and held the "Guohe No. 1" IP image conference. "Guohe No. 1" is a third-generation nuclear power type with completely independent intellectual property rights developed by the SPIC following natioanl generation nuclear power self developlment strategy, on the basis of the introduction, digestion and absorption of passive pressurized water reactor nuclear power technology with the support of "Large Advanced Pressurized Water Reactor Nuclear Power Plant" national science and technology major projec scheme. It is a landmark achievement of China's three generations of nuclear power autonomy.
