On March 28, 2023, the first "Nuclear Safety Culture Lecture Hall" of CNEA opened. The topic of this lecture is "Integration of Nuclear Safety Culture and Quality Management System". Mr. Liu Zhiyong, Member of the Nuclear Safety Culture Fostering Committee of the CNEA, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Nuclear Power Operation Research (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., was the guest speaker. Mr. Yang Bo, Deputy Secretary-General of hte CNEA, presided over the lecture hall. Mr. Liu Zhiyong introduced the five elements of quality from the analysis of typical cases of nuclear safety culture. He presented the principles of excellent nuclear safety culture and quality management system, analyzed the relationship between safety and quality in simple terms, and gave insight thoughts on the integration of safety culture and quality culture, providing useful refereence for relevelvnat organization in developing nuclear safety culture and improving the effectiveness of quality management. The CNEA holds the "Nuclear Safety Culture Lecture Hall", aiming at vigorously cultivating and practicing nuclear safety culture, and promoting the achievements of nuclear safety culture development in the field of nuclear energy, and will give full play as an exchange and sharing platform for nuclear safety culture development to help achieve the collaborative improvement of nuclear safety culture level.
